Infact Govt of Karnataka has also set up libraries in every school. Fact is
the libraries are in the form of few cupboards housed either in staff room
or head masters chamber.
Provision for libraries without librarian that's the reality.
This needs to be recorrected

UP government have taken right direction in establishing libraries in all government primary and high schools. KALA should use this reference to urge Karnataka state government to establish libraries in its running schools. We have patient hearing education minister sure will think over it if approached.
