As you are aware Father of Great Visionary and Father of Indian Library
Movement was born on August 12 (some claim that it was Aug 9). Inspired
by SRR's life, contributions and his dedications to Librarianship, we
celebrate this day as Librarians Day, This is day to rededicate ourselves
towards effective and meaningful Librariaship, I am sure our young
professionals can get their minds ignited for better future especially in
the context digital era. Dr. SRR's Five Laws of Library Science and their
interpretation and application in the present context can serve as guiding
spirit for all us. Please do attend an unique program on Panel Discussion
