[LIS-Forum] Can't post in Devnagri - I am not loving it.

Dear Friends, Some of you might be seeing garbage in my recent email - "Evolving Web Culture of Hindi Language". These garbage characters are actually Devnagri Script in Unicode. Perhaps digital media will take some more time when we would be able to express ourselves in our own Indian languages. But are we ready with tools of Information Storage and Retrieval of future generation (Online / Digital) literature in Indian Languages? --Sukhdev Singh.
