As noted in our recent update, 2016 is the 25th anniversary of arXiv,
an important milestone. We are engaged in a series of vision-setting
activities and, as part of this process, we are implementing a user
survey to help us improve arXiv and clarify future directions for the
service in a way that best serves the user community:

We need your help in reaching out to the user community. Please share
the link far and wide and encourage scientists, researchers, and
students to complete the survey. If you or your institution is active

arXiv and continue to provide a service that is based on actual user
needs and experiences.
