Librarians should never be penalized for book lost by the users. Implement " makers place" with 3 D printers with additional space, smart room facility must be in Library. Uninterrupted power supply with AC ,modern visiters corner, career counselling corner will promote ornamental look,for users.internet with high speed.last but not the list Librarian+ users+ books/ ICT when integrate produce enormous mental energy to except any challenge.
