[LIS-Forum] Librarians are not academic staff?

Dear all To be considered as academic staff one of the most important criteria is piblications. So I am very much eager to find publications of current working librarians in Scopus/WoS. Can anyone help me to find and how to find such qualitative publications within 10/5 years by Indian Librarians? Unfortunately I could not publish till date except one.
