A special function is going to be held on 6^th March 2010 :

 

1. To formally release SALIS Journal of Library and Information Science and also SALIS Journal of

Information Management and Technology.

 

2. to honor and felicitate the recent  Ph.D awardees/ recent retired LIS professionals those who have contributed significantly to the institution/profession/society.

 

Ph.D awardees are requested to send the details of their thesis ( name of the candidate, Research Topic, Name of the University, Year of award, Name of the Guide)

 

 The recent retired people are requested to send their brief bio-data highlighting their significant contributions/achievements to the institution/profession/society.

 

Ph.D awardees, retired Professionals, SALIS Members and LIS Professionals who wish to participate in the function are requested to confirm their participation on or before 3.3.2010 to send invitation separately and also making further arrangements to:
