It is nice to see that we are thinking about the status of library &
information science professionals.
I think that only we people are responsible for this position.
As a recruiter, we are offering low stipend or as a fresher professionals
are asking in same way.
This is not one day task to change image but as initially Library Sciecne
school should think about this matter seriously and motivate new
professional during study.
Same way working professionals should cooperate for the same.

Dear Professionals, I have seen a lots of advertisements here for internship or for contractaul positions. But remunaration or stipend is too low from 3000-7000 for MLISc or BLISc level. Dont u think so for a master level remuranation should be more than 10,000. Dont u think so itz a degradation of our profession? A simple BA,Bcom or BSc guy also get more than that. What you say?
