The Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos is located in Lima, Peru. I am looking for some benchmarks to evaluate the performance of our Integrated Library System (it is called Sabini, an ILS developen in Spain), spe- pecially the OPAC, but I have found nothing in the LIS periodicals such as Computers in Libraries or The Electronic Library. Anoyone knows an article or document (PDF/HTML) related to ILS benchmarks/benchmarking? I mean indicators such as: - Requests per second - Response time - Latency time and so on.
