I reqesting that, anyone can inform me about the upgradation of the post like Library Assistant to Asst. Librarian who is incubents/ inservice personnels( any nonUGC post to UGC Post/Scale), as per UGC 2nd Ammendment of CAS i.e. M.Phil is Relaxed from the NET Minimum qualification, working in ICAR / State Agriculture Universities or Any Indian Universities - post under UGC.
