Urs doest not need any introduction to LIS-Forum members, I would like to add few more points to [LIS-Forum] Adieu: Prof. Shalini R Urs dated: Dec 25, 2016 by Vasanth. She has been a founder member of MyLisa and MILAN which has been organizing many wonderful events/Workshops/seminars/ since its inception regularly. She also brought I-School movement to India by establishing The International School of Information Management (ISiM) in 2005 at University of Mysore. She had more than 100 international research collaborators from almost all continents and brought several research funds to MyDLIS. Library and Information Science field got enrich by her contribution in different capacities and roles. Her superannuation will create a large void at MyDLIS and Library and Information Science domain in India.
