There is no FOSS tool for plagiarism checking as per our knowledge. However,
you can check the free version of Plagiarism Checker, developed by
University of Maryland:

Their paid version is not too expensive (only USD 8 per month).

Any free or open source software available to check plagiarism? Our institute wish to procure it. There are online versions but is there any desktop software or which can be installed on server?
