[LIS-Forum] Acqusition of CD/DVD

Dear fellow professionals, We are having CDs/DVDs accomanied with books in our Library. If we keep an acqusition register for the above what will be the format/.details in teach columns. What way should follow to give number to each item whether serial number or any letter preceed it. Let me also know that which is the best way to maintsin it other than keeping it in CD/DVD Bags. Kindly provide the details in case of any such product.
