          First let me thank  Dr. J K Vijayakumar for sharing such a valuable information. I always wanted to become a member of some of these institutions but never found the details, after hours of searching on the net.

Now that I have the information I want to become meber of ILA and SIS. But the problem is they need 1recommendation for that.I know on one with a membership to this instituions. I am based in Pune, India. I am a working librarian.
