I presume that your library has a central AC.
Commonly the maodour from the AC is due to unclean ducts. The causes can be
fungus, dead rodents, birds, rotting insulating materials like foam..
If the AC's outlet ducts are not functioning to its optimum, even then it can
lead to malodor as the level of fresh air will be much less due to poor
circulation.

In our library one type of bad smell is comming while entering to the
library that because of contineous AC on or any thing else i do not know
exactly but it is comming contineously one type of fungal & bacteria smell
please suggest me to eradicte that one what steps has to be taken as early
as possible
