Dear all, Hearty congratulations to Dr. Jagtar Singh for being taking charge of University Librarian, Panjabi University.I would like to know the administrative set up in Panjabi University.Is the librarians and library science teachers are one category there, similar to that of medical education?If that is the situation, it is a scientific and needed change in all universities.This will ensure strong professionalism and imparting the required practical knowledge to the students as well as librarians/teachers.
