These are my points 1. Author accepted the terms and condition of publisher. 2. Author get well academic recognition. 3. Citation/H-index etc. counted in authors career if journals indexed in scopus, web of science, etc. 4. It is the only author who gets the benefit of course non-subscriber of journals could not. 5. If author find some other platform like open access by which he can get above benefits more than commercial journals than i am sure they will publish in that. 6. Unfortunately we do not have such Open Access publications which is recognized by top institutes to consider for authors career advancement. 7. We need some policy/Unity through which we can put pressure on commercial publishers for more flexibility so that maximum people can get benefits rather than only author at minimum cost/no cost. The research results made available to the public by publishing them through commercial means involves lots of money, charged in the name of manuscript handling charges, language improvement and other OA publishing charges etc. So this has put the commercial publishers at the win-win situation. Still more, these commercial publishers provide access to their published content viz., the published research articles on a subscription basis to the institutions those who subscribe to such journals, so again a win- win situation for the commercial publishers, who, in fact mint money out of the hard work rendered by a researcher, who in turn gets nothing out of his hard work.

Many time there is a debate on open access resources and many of the

supported Sci-hub and such illegal resources. My simple view is how these illegal resources can be supported by many people and hamper the right of anyone/publishers hand to mouth. The resources which was collected and organized by publishers required huge manpower and infrastructure as well as the authors of intellectual output accepted terms and condition of the publishers.

In open source software world we are free to use and distribute software but can never distribute and use Microsoft windows etc. similarly there is already several laws for such publications and we must convince

to publish under such laws which help in free flow of knowledge else we can think of framing such laws which is win win kind of situation for publisher, author and rest of users.

Such as a rule can be framed where publisher can provide free access to affiliated institutes to all particular journal issue/volume which contain even a single article of authors affiliated institute or there may be

this. But please remember illegal is illegal and to survive and make healthy society where every body is having right for food, cloth and shelter we must accept the laws framed by us for us only.
