INFLIBNET Centre being a gateway of the Academic Community of the Country has created various databases of the library resources for helping academic user community such as research scholars, faculty members, students etc. since 1992. Experts database, one of the important databases, contains the profile of subject experts / faculty members working at universities, Deemed universities, IITs, Medical institutions, Research and Development Centres across the Country. INFLIBNET has been maintaining and updating this database for last five years and making continuous efforts to collect the profile of remaining faculty members including updation of existing profiles time to time. For enabling this activity, we have made the provision of online registration of an expert from our web site at http://www.inflibnet.ac.in/univexpert/. By using his/her own login password, expert can modify and update his/ her own profile. At the moment, the database has more than 15800 profiles of different subject experts.

We are dedicated for including the profiles of subject experts of entire academic community of the Country. I am requesting herewith to update your profile by using above website (in case already registered) or send your latest profile for inclusion in our database. I would also appreciate if you could kindly forward this request to your colleagues and friends of the academic community. Further, those who are unable to update online may also send their latest profile to us, we ensure you to update your record as soon as possible. For your kind information, this is a national database initiative of the INFLIBNET Centre, UGC, Ahmedabad, which is available online on www.inflibnet.ac.in and can be searched from anywhere. May I therefore request you to take necessary action in this regard and help us in this national endeavor?
