Dear Colleagues Archbishop Kavukattu Central Library, Assumption College (Autonomous) Changanassery, Kerala, in association with Lore & Ed Research Associates, organises 30 Days International Online Workshop on Academic Writing and Communication Skills, Research Methodology, Reference Management, and Academic Publishing. Despite rigorous intellectual investment in several Indian colleges and universities, very few scholars successfully produce quality research output that meets international standards. Most often, this is due to the lack of thorough training in academic writing. This workshop on “Academic Writing and Communication Skills, Research Methodology, Reference Management and Academic Publishing” organised by Assumption College, Changanassery, in collaboration with Lore &Ed Research Associates, spans 30 days. It is intended to orient students and prospective researchers from Arts and Social Sciences to academic writing and provide them with an understanding of what defines authentic research. The experts chosen from various disciplines will guide the participants through the different aspects of academic writing, including reference management and publishing. The sample writing submitted by the participants will be evaluated by experts, which will provide participants with a hands-on learning experience. The participants will also be allowed to interact closely with their evaluators to understand and work on their writing skills.
