Live Chat - ScienceDirect Live Chat is an online, real time, technical support service available 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The Live Chat button will sit on the right-hand side of the Help button and will be shown on all screens, to all users of accounts where the functionality has been set up. When an end-user clicks on the Live Chat button, a new window will open where the user will have the possibility to chat with a member of the ScienceDirect e-Helpdesk. Should the need arise, the e-Helpdesk will have the possibility to co-browse with the end-user to show them how to perform a certain task.
