Call for Papers The fifth annual Skoch Summit India @ Work is being organized this year on the theme "Ideating Third Generation Reforms". The purpose of the summit is to take stock on the reforms agenda so far and develop foresight for next level of reforms for inclusive impact for the development of disadvantaged communities. This Conference provides a forum for discussion, collaboration and intellectual exchange for all those interested in any of these fields of research or practice. On behalf of the conference committee and program advisory board, we welcome both academic and practitioner papers on a wide range of topics and a wide range of scholarly approaches including theoretical and empirical papers employing qualitative, quantitative and critical methods. Action research, case studies and research in practice are welcomed approaches. The topics for round tables include, but are not limited to: * Peoples' Knowledge Network * Speeding e-Governance * Emergency Services, Disaster Management and Sustainability * HR and Administrative Reforms * Education & Employability * Banking, Financial Services & Insurance * Open Source for Public Administration Selected papers from the conference will be considered for publication in "Inclusion": a publication of Skoch Consultancy Services. Paper Submission Details: Abstract Submission : The Abstract should be a minimum of 100 and no more than 800 words including keywords. Abstracts have to include the proposed title for the paper, the full names, addresses and email addresses of all authors and phone number of at least one contact author. Full paper: Only required after acceptance of abstract and not to be more than 3,000 words including abstract, keywords and references.
