[LIS-Forum] fund for the resource centre

Dear All, The projects and the NGOs library are starved of funds, The importance of these libraries is that they provide specific information on the issues the Parent Body deals with which are highly useful fot the Research scholars and the Academicians, but the gorwth is hampered with regards to the scarcity of funds.
