Dear Friends, I am very happy to note the response given to our call of “Run for the Library” with a caption: *"Journey Towards Book - March Towards Library"* Day by day as our preparations are in progress, we are getting very good encouragement from all sectors of the society. I am now happy to announce to all of you that when we approached to His Excellency *Shri Hans Raj Bhardwaj *The Governor of Karnataka to inaugurate the event on 12th August 2010, He happily agreed and suggested to start the March from Raj Bhavan itself. Hence there is a slite change in the venue of starting point i.e. instead of Gopalagouda Circle, The March will start from Raj Bhavan (Inside) at 8.45 am. All are requested to reach Raj Bhavan before 8.30 am and get organized in the Procession after wearing the T-Shirt and the Cap got prepared for the occasion. We have also invited literary giants, Academicians and Vice Chancellors to participate in the March and give a message to the society for improvement of reading habit. We have also invited all the Media Channels and News Paper Reporters to report the event to the public at large. I request all of you to participate in large number and make this event successful.
