Dear All, It has been correctly said that “First impression is the last impression” but how well, we all present ourselves it varies from person to person. As we all Library & Professionals are perfect with our knowledge and experiences, usually the lacking part which one or the other comes across is the art of presenting ourselves in front of others. Personality grooming is not homework of one or two days, it all the way comes from few skills and learning’s like Communication skill, Negotiation skill, Body Language etc. Keeping this thought in our mind we tried to give a platform to the Library Professionals to groom themselves and learn few things on Personality Development. So, It is our pleasure to share with you that INDUS WORLD SCHOOL OF BUSINESS, Greater Noida is going to organize a Two Day National Training Workshop on "Personality Development" for Library & Information Professionals on October 20th & 21st, 2010. I hope it would be awakening to the inner potential to the Library & Professionals of India.
