We are looking out for the complete set of issues of the subject journal - Civic Affairs - Published by P C Kapoor at Citizen Press. Kanpur 

for research purposes. Google books has listed a fairly good number of stray issues, full text. However we are interested in

knowing the availability of the journal from the First issue (perhaps published in 1951?). 

We would highly appreciate your providing the location, the Library which has the complete issues

and the contact number so we can access the same.
