May I please request the guidance of senior professionals in regards with the UGC or concern GoI directives/Memorandums/Office orders in regards with the *library support to the Differently abled (Partially Visually Challenged) research scholar in a university library environment*. My peculiar questions are: 1. Whether the library is responsible for providing scribe support to a research scholar who is already availing monetary benefits for scribe from UGC? 2. Whether scribe is entitled for all the library service benefits as a regular user? 3.
