Hi Vimal,
You can use the Mail Merge feature of Outlook for sending Newsletters.
Mail merge allows you to send individualized emails (without doing
CC/BCC) in batch mode. Check with your IT team, someone should surely
be able to guide you with this.

Now Iam searching for an free/open source email client can working in Windows suitable for sending Library News Letter. Problem is that, users can see the email IDs of other subscribers from messages sent by existing email clients (Out Look Express, Thunderbird). Please help me if anybody have experience in using email clients for Newsletter delivery.
