LIS professionals across the globe from 12 countries viz- India, USA, UK, Oman, UAE, Ethiopia registered for VIDP. Dr Subhash Athavale with his studious approach presented the features of NEP (National Educational Policy, India 2020 ) and role of LIS professionals related to it by highlighting various sectional areas of the policy document of NEP related to the LIS professionals. Further he also discussed the educational policies of other countries specially Japan and evaluated the areas of the same.
