Respected All Library Professionals, Karnataka Public Service Commission has invited applications for filing up 167 Librarians posts in First Grade colleges of Karnataka. The qualification is MLISc+UGC. My question is why librarians are categorized under 'C' grade?. If Librarians are 'C' grade, what are the qualifications for the posts in 'C' grade?
