Dear Colleagues, Indian Statistical Institue,Bangalore Center Library has introduced the Electronic Check Point System. This allows inventory is protected by the most advanced electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) technology, designed with the realities of day- to-day business. When a " live" checkpoint target enters the sensors radio frequency detection field, a signal is interrupted, triggering an alaram that alerts to a possible lifting attempt.
