Dear professionalsI am happy to note that Dr. Santosh C. Hulagabali has joined as University Librarian at the Central University of Haryana. I know him for the last seven to eight years and has been following his professional activities. A deserving candidate reaching the deserved position. Dr. Santosh was a rank holder and gold medalist from Karnatak University Dharwad in the year 2004 and he had his Ph.D. from the University of Mumbai (2017). He is a sought after resource person in many of the academic seminars and programs.
