CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore has been awarded a âSpecial
Mention Certificate â Researchâ under the category: âExcellence in
Researchâby the National Jury (Research Team) of EET CRS, Science and
Technology
Awards 2013.*
The evaluation criteria followed by the research team was based on
parameters like Workshops Conducted, Research Paper/Articles/Books/Chapters
as First Author, Reviews, Principal Investigator ship, Patent/Technology
transfer in addition to other academics & professional parameters. EET CRS
is proud to dedicate the Science and Technology Awards 2013 to the research
& science fraternity of India & the World.
Dr Guruprasadâs research work in the area of studying the âUse
Patterns of
Electronic Information Resources amongst the Aerospace Scientists and
Engineers of Bangaloreâ which has a strong association to the Aerospace
Engineering Community in the Electronic Era and his work on âDigital
Content Managementâ with specific emphasis on CSIR-NALâs Civil Aviation
activities has been recognized by this national jury.
Dr. Guruprasad holds a MLIS Degree from the Annamalai University and a
Ph.D. (Library and Information Science) from the University of Mysore
