      Dear prakash,
We are using INSDOC services since 1990 including
their Caps service.But regret to say Now the NISCAIR
photocopy service from Delhi is not at all
satisfactory and we are not getting required items
from them.They are unable to supply the articles even
from the journals covered in caps - their own service.
They have to improve their services by reopening the
regional centres and we can hope so!

For your kind of activity, IITs wd be of great help.
You may like to check with IIT libraries at Chennai
and Mumbai.
Some of them have deposit account facility for such
services.
NISCAIR, New Delhi ( previously INSDOC) is also
there.

As all of you are aware,the clousere of INSDOC
regional centrescoused difficulty in getting
photocopies of journal articles and other references
to students/ reserchers.I would like to open a
depositary account with any of leading science and
technology library to get photocopy services
regularly
for my user community.Those who can help me in this
