Announcement for SIS Fellowship Awards and Raizada Memorial� Awards for
Young Information Scientists � Applications are invited from SIS Life
members for the SIS Fellowship Awards and from young information
Scientists aged below 35 for the Raizada Memorial Young Information
Scientists Awards. The Young Information Scientists Award was instituted
in memory of late Shri A.S.Raizada Founder Secretary of the Society. �
The application along with bio-data and scientific contributions like
research paper, Books, or any other material produced by him/her may
please be sent to Secretary, Society for Information Science C/O NISTADS,
K.S. Krishanan Marg, PUSA, New Delhi-110012 positively by 5th November
2008. Applications received after this shall not be considered. Awardees
shall be facilitated on 5th December 2008 at the 25th Silver Jubilee
Year�s National Convention & Conference to be held on 5-6th December 2008
at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
