Please help me to know, whether any such policy / guidelines for library are exist from UGC/AICTE or any education regulatory body of india similar in the kind of issued by CBSE / KVS of India for school library. Before u reply plz visit the sites of cbse / kvs for first hand knowledge if not seen earlier.
