Dear Friends I would like to know the policy followed by other libraries for giving member clearance certificate at the time of retirement / resignation especially when the documents issued are lost by the member. The documents being various types such as: CDROMs - received with books / journals Only CDROMs / DVD - but now unavailable for purchase Loose Issues - Very old Working Papers (Received on gratis) Out of print books Annual reports Special reports received as complimentary Gratis documents but priced publications Gratis documents with no price mentioned Old Books - Latest edition if not available Bound Volume of Journal The main concern is how to decide the cost for above mentiond documents.
