This is great news for academic libraries and their user community.
Teachers need to take a closer look into syllabus and mark out / recommend
portions of books relevant to their classes. In my view "secondary printing
/ xeroxing / publishing" centers that make a lot of money by copying entire
books wholesale must be identified and dealt with. Gross violation of
copyright does affect publishers' earnings.
