This move will no doubt have a lot of impact on accessibility, quality of research, and avoiding duplication of research, but what if some scholars want to publish their work after submitting their theses, especially if they want to patent their work. In that case how can they submit their theses within 30 days period? <o:p></o:p></SPAN></DIV>
