Dear Members of LIS Forum

LTC2023, the 7th Library Technology Conclave, organized jointly by Informatics and Ashoka University,  and hosted by the Ashoka University in its Campus New Delhi-NCR (Sonipat), is open for REGISTRATION, with rescheduled dates now.

Date:  15-17 February 2023.

Conclave Theme:   Evolving library landscape in the AI/Machine Learning Landscape.

CONCLAVE HIGHLIGHTS:

  *   Thematic sessions and panel discussions engaging experts in the domain of the conclave theme

  *   Experiential Sessions – This new series of sessions invites contributed papers from LIS faculty and professionals with experience in implementing and working with tools and technologies in libraries.   Selected papers are mentored by a program committee member. Papers of selected presentations will be published in a special issue of the SRELS Journal of Information Management (April 2023 issue).  The best selected paper will qualify for the LTC2023 Best paper award.

  *   Case studies on innovations in libraries:  As in the past, libraries are invited to showcase their implemented/practiced innovations developed by them.  The best five selected nominations will get an opportunity to present their innovations in this session,  and to win the LTC2023 - Informatics Innovation Award of the Year.

  *   Informatics Outstanding Researcher Award: This award is presented to the best researcher in Library and Information Science field selected by Jury (an expert committee of eminent of Library and Information Scientists).  The Award carries a travel grant of Rs.1 Lakh for attending an international conference.  Nominations are invited.
