Thank you for registering your interest and for participating in our
webinar on 16 March, as we launched a new IAP report on* Combatting
Predatory Academic Journals and Conferences.  *

Over 1,200 of you registered and 400 participated on the day, largely from
the research community and from across the world.  In our exit poll, it was
heartening to see that over 75% of you now feel better equipped to deal
with predatory academic practices as a result of the webinar, and 99% of
you believe that these practices are a threat.  More encouraging still, 99%
of you have undertaken to read, disseminate and act on the report,
including as advocates for its recommendations at institutional, national,
regional and/or global level.  Thank you.
