The Inter Academy Partnership has just released a report on Combating
Predatory academic journals and conferences. Please see

This report should be of interest to researchers and librarians everywhere,
and especially India, as India is often referred to as the home for a large
number of such journals and the UGC had to bring out a white list of
journals.
