According to a news story by Robin Bisson in Research Professional News
(dated 7 Feb 2022), two major funder groups in Europe, viz. Research Europe
and cOAlition S, have announced their plan to strengthen 'diamond' open
access [meaning research papers are free for both authors and readers but
