Internet based activities in India. has without notice  and  provision for
alternate arrangements stopped its operations  hindering the functioning of
lakhs of Indians - organizations and individuals who registered domain
names with the company also availed other services from them. The loss to
those who availed services from them is not the amount they paid to the
net4comins but thousands of times more than that. This is the first such
incident in India and some times in the world. Existing Indian Cyber laws
have no provision to assess or claim this loss is what we understand.
