Dear all

Any association or eminent person are requested to please take initiative
to write MHRD/UGC to consider all the webinars for career advancement
purpose? Like a researcher can present paper online in any online
conference and it will be considered a paper under PhD guidelines ?

Hope it will be taken very positively by associations.
