Dear All,

            We are glad to inform you that the Central Government Library
Association, Delhi Branch will organise the International Conference in
collaboration with The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts &
IFLA-Asia and Oceania & Government Library Section at *Auditorium, IGNCA,
CV Mess, Janpath, New Delhi - 110001, from 17 to 19 October, 2019*. It is
indeed a great pleasure for us to organise this memorable International
level professional event in New Delhi and invite you to participate in the
conference and make it a grand success.

            The Conference aims to discuss burning issues with regard to
professional and technical aspects of library professionals working in
Government Sectors and formulate some recommendations to be placed before
the Government of India for betterment of Library profession in India. The
Conference will be a platform for mutual sharing of knowledge and ideas
among the librarians, policy makers, library stakeholders, students,
teachers and others.

            You are invited to participate and contribute a paper. Your
contribution and support will make the Conference a grand success. Please
