Dear Professionals,

Libraries are increasingly technology empowered. Judicious and insightful
Investment in technologies are major strategic decisions as the rate of
change and obsolescence with technologies are too high.

Sharing knowledge gained and best practices followed

in implementing technologies is a useful practice. To promote this sharing

in LTC2019. This 90-minute session is an exciting part of the Conclave as
it carries LibTech2019 award instituted since last LTC.

2. A committee of five juries lead by Dr. Marshall Breeding, an
internationally recognized library technology review expert (
https://librarytechnology.org/), will evaluate the nominations to select
the best ten of them.

3. The ten best selected nominations will be invited to: (a) present
the technologies implemented effectively in their libraries in an exclusive
session on Technology Empowered Libraries in the Conclave; and (b) submit
an authored paper also on their technology empowered library as a
case-study which will be published in the Conclave proceedings.

4. The presentation will be observed and reviewed by the members of
the Jury. Additionally, all the delegates attending the Conclave will be
invited to rate the presented case studies. The Jury will take into
