have jointly arranged a special evening lecture on Sunday, the 21st
evening, at 5pm, by Dr. Marshall Breeding who will be in India to attend
the Library Technology Conclave (Goa).  Dr. Breeding is a well-known writer
and speaker in the Library technology domain.  His name is a spontaneous
recall with LTR – Library Technology Reports, a Journal published by ALA.
His annual Library Systems Reports published in American Libraries magazine
is a highly popular must-read for an update on state-of-the art in Library
Systems.



At the Raman Research Institute Lecture, Dr. Breeding will be speaking on
the following topic:

“Technology in Context: How economic and cultural realities shape the use
of technology in libraries”.
