This is unfortunate!  

Jeffrey Beall is the only person can clarify the real reason behind. 
Hopefully, the platform / lists will be up again with more information and on new platform. 

If anyone come across about Jeffrey's response on this aspect may please post the message on LIS-forum too for the benefit of all members.
