[LIS-Forum] Bias in library search results

This long article is worth reading. It shows how algorithms used behind
search engines relied upon by librarians (Proquest etc) are biased and
results could be misleading.

Honestly I did not understand much of it, but I feel biased indexers are
playing mischief.
