Friends:

Please see how some editors in cahoot with commercial publishers distort
articles written by scholars and go to the extent of injecting text from
publishers into the main text of papers written by researchers. They even
said that the authors and the publishers are partners in the work! And when
the authors ask them to retract, the editors of the concerned journal
refuse to do that.

This episode can very well form the subject of an editorial in Current
Science.
